ROSESHIRE GAMING PARLOR ANNOUNCES JOB FAIRS AND NEWLY APPOINTED GENERAL MANAGER

~ New boutique gaming venue in Henrico hiring for approximately 100 positions to prepare for opening ~

HENRICO, VA., (August 11, 2025) – Roseshire Gaming Parlor, a new boutique gaming and entertainment venue in Henrico County, will be holding job fairs this Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16 as it prepares to open its doors this fall in the Staples Mill Shopping Center. Roseshire will be hiring for approximately 100 positions including food and beverage, gaming operations positions, housekeeping/maintenance, marketing and player services, security, and more.

In addition, gaming industry veteran Jeremy Callahan has been named General Manager at Roseshire where he will oversee all operations of the $35+ million high-end gaming boutique that will include 175 state-of-the-art Historical Racing Machines (“HRM”), simulcast wagering, and promises a sophisticated experience with a blend of luxury and gaming entertainment.

Callahan brings over a decade of experience in gaming and casino openings to the role, most recently serving as the General Manager of Rosie’s Gaming Emporium in Emporia, Virginia. During his time at Rosie’s, Callahan played a pivotal role in innovative construction, leadership development, and fostering a vibrant culture of trust. Callahan began his career with Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI), owner of Roseshire and Rosie’s, as Facilities Manager at Oxford Casino in Oxford, Maine.
